Main activities in Project Management
- Preparation and consolidation of planning and control with the integration of disciplines, physical areas and project assets
- Monitoring and updating of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities
- Budget follow-up report with the preparation of economic / financial projections
- Reports to support the asset capitalization stage
- Support in the preparation and monitoring of the Supply Plan
- Preparation of documentation for contracting services and equipment
- Monitoring the stages of manufacturing and supply of equipment and materials
- Economic and financial monitoring of service contracts and supply of equipment/materials
